Website Use

You may browse our inventory, submit inquiries, and use our tools (like the payment estimator) for personal, non-commercial purposes related to evaluating a potential vehicle purchase. You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's information
• Scrape, copy, or republish our inventory listings or content without permission
• Submit false or misleading information through our forms
• Interfere with the site's normal operation, including through automated bots or excessive requests

Vehicle Listings & Pricing

We work to keep our inventory listings accurate, including pricing, mileage, and vehicle details. However:

• Vehicles may sell before a listing is updated, and inventory availability is not guaranteed until confirmed with our team
• Listed prices do not include applicable taxes, title, registration, and documentation fees, which will be disclosed before purchase
• Photos are of the actual vehicle where possible, but minor differences in condition, accessories, or color representation can occur
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, including after a form submission, and will notify you if a correction affects your inquiry

As required by the FTC's Used Car Rule, every vehicle sold in person carries a physical Buyers Guide, which discloses whether it's sold "as is" or with a warranty. That in-person disclosure — not this website — is the official statement of a specific vehicle's warranty status.

Financing & Trade-In Estimates

The monthly payment calculator and any trade-in value estimate on this site are for general informational purposes only. They are not a financing offer, loan approval, or guaranteed trade-in value. Actual financing terms depend on approved credit, lender terms, and other factors determined during the application process. Actual trade-in value depends on an in-person inspection.

No Warranty on Website Information

We provide this website "as is." While we aim for accuracy, we don't guarantee that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all information (including vehicle specifications pulled from manufacturer data) is completely free of mistakes. If you find an error, please let us know.

Intellectual Property
